Our 2007 Gun Metal is simply gorgeous. Our beloved Bordeaux blend from Conner Lee Vineyard is comprised of 50% Cabernet, 33% Merlot and 17% Cabernet Franc. Across the board, 2007 was a stellar year in the vineyards and this vintage of Gun Metal will blow you away. This lush, velvety wine was aged for 22 months in 100 percent new French oak and will have spent 14 months in bottle at release. Our newest Gun Metal features notes of blackberry and boysenberry, with hints of cocoa and violet. The tannins are silky and elegant with brambly fruit and hints of toasty vanilla on the palate.

This deep purple stunner is 100% Syrah from the magnificent Stillwater Creek Vineyard. Our 2007 vintage is lush, velvety and simply divine on the palate. We barrel aged our Syrah for 18 months in 75% percent new French oak to create a wine that is a bursting mouthful of ripe blackberry, wild berry and spice with hints of cedar, smoke and vanilla on the nose.

2008 Chalk Line, $30
525 cases produced

Our 2008 Chalk Line is no wallflower. To make the newest vintage of our wildly popular table wine we blended 31% Cabernet, 27% Syrah, 21% Merlot and 21% Cabernet Franc. We call it a little love from all of our vineyards. Our newest Chalk Line is easily the most luxurious table wine you will come across in the state. We barrel-aged the 2008 Chalk Line for 17 months in new French oak to create a wine that exudes notes of dark cherry, leather, earth and spice. Like we said, this wine is far from timid - it is structured on the palate with notes of dark chocolate, warm caramel.

2009 Angel, $20
375 cases produced

Our Angel is a crisp, bright and lovely Sauvignon Blanc that makes you dream of lazy summer afternoons on the porch. For 2009, we used a blend of fruit from Klipsun Vineyard on Red Mountain and Spring Creek Vineyard, just down the road from Red Mountain, to create a pale straw-colored beauty that exudes notes of green apple, grapefruit, grass and a hint of honey. Our 100% Sauvignon Blanc spent seven weeks in new French oak before transferring to stainless steel, a method that adds a hint of weight and creaminess to the clean acid flavors.
